Mickey Traub

Front Ensemble Supervisor

Mickey Traub relocated from Grand Blanc, MI to Columbia, SC where he is in his final stages to finish his B.A. to become a music educator. Mickey grew up in the greater Flint/Detroit metro area and has participated in many different marching activities. From 2007 - 2009 Mickey marched DCI with the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps and WGI with North Coast Academy. In 2010, Mickey joined forces with Palmetto Percussion where he helped lead the group to their PIO World Championship. Mickey is looking forward

to helping the group advance and grow in their pursuit of well rounded education for all the members of the ensemble. For 2011, Mickey will be joining the staff of Summerville HS where he will be the director of the front ensemble as well as consulting with many high schools throughout the U.S.
