Matt Nadolny
Front Ensemble Coordinator / Arranger
Matt Nadolny got his start as a percussionist at Fort Mill High School. Before graduating in 2005, Matt had accumulated one WGI bronze medal, one WGI silver medal, and two WGI gold medals (all in PSCW class) as well as two 4A state gold medals with the FMHS Marching Band. After high school, Matt joined the Carolina Crown Drum & Bugle Corps for their 2005 season. | age-out year as section leader. Matt then went on to teach the Madison Scouts front ensemble in 2009 and the Cadets front ensemble in 2010.
Matt received his degree in Music Composition from the University of South Carolina and has studied under such composers as John Fitz Rogers, Reginald Bain, Samuel Douglas, Sonia Jacobsen, Neil Larrivee, and Iain Moyer. As a composer, Matt has written and arranged for a number of groups. Some of which include: Wakefield High School, Orange High School, Croatan High School, Fort Mill High School, Wake Forest Independent, Madison Scouts, and The Cadets. Matt Nadolny can see sound. |
