09.27.11... We are pleased to announce Joel Gardner as Palmetto Percussion’s new executive director. Joining the administrative staff are new assistant directors Cale Gustafson and Chris McElroy. Palmetto would also like to welcome Matt Nadolny to our design staff as front ensemble arranger. We are very excited for the new additions to our staff! The 2012 season is looking to be a great one! The full list of Palmetto’s 2012 staff is now posted.

09.14.11... Audition material is now available from the Audition section. Once your $5 payment has been received, the audition packet will be emailed to you. This fee is mandatory for anyone interested in auditioning for the ensemble.

09.08.11... Palmetto Percussion is proud to announce Boiling Springs High School, located in Boiling Springs, SC, as the organization’s new rehearsal site for the 2012 season. Thank you to the Boiling Springs HS principal, Chuck Gordon, band director, Bryan Bone, and everyone else involved in making this possible. All audition dates and rehearsals will be held at Boiling Springs HS. More news on the upcoming season will be announced in the coming weeks.

08.29.11... Auditions for the 2011-12 season will be held on Oct. 9th, Oct. 23rd and Nov. 6th from 10am to 5:30pm. More information can be found on the Audition page.

08.18.11... The Audition Registration Form for the 2011-12 season is now open on the Audition page. If you are interested in auditioning for the ensemble, please fill out and submit this form, and check back soon as audition materials and information will be posted in the coming weeks.

04.17.11... Congratulations to all the members and staff of Palmetto Percussion. We had a very successful fifth season achieving our goal of becoming an Independent World Class Finalist! A very special thanks goes out to all our families, friends and fans for their support over the last six months. This success wouldn't have been possible without you!
