Palmetto Percussion is a 501(c)3 non-profit youth organization that was founded in 2006 by a group of motivated and experienced individuals looking to improve the standards of percussion performance and education in South Carolina. Palmetto Percussion has been a WGI Finalist for four straight years and won the 2010 WGI Percussion Independent Open World Championship in April, 2010. We look forward to continued success in 2012 as we look to further our advancement in the WGI World Class level. We are very excited about our upcoming season as we have many new staff members, a great rehearsal facility and an incredible community.
